The Maroon & White Leadership Program
The Maroon and White Leadership Program is a place to grow among a community of forward-moving leaders. Through an individualized, intentional approach, we develop leaders as they discover their leadership identity utilizing self-reflection and coaching.
Step out and grow as a leader with The Maroon & White Leadership Fellows. What will your journey be?
Nominate a student who would be a great addition to our program through this form. Nominate a faculty or staff member at Texas A&M who would be an excellent leadership coach by emailing our program at email@example.com.

Check out our newsletter!
The Maroon & White Leadership Program is proud to present our newsletter, The Reflection! The mission of The Reflection is to foster a relationship between the Leadership Society and the Leadership Fellows, and to facilitate continuous reflection and development as a member of The Maroon & White Leadership Society.
Using the newsletter, there will be opportunities for Fellows to ask Society members questions, and for Society members to share their experiences and growth. Additionally featured is a section for “Leadership Literature” and “Upcoming Leadership Events.” We encourage you all to continue growing your knowledge of leadership, so please take advantage of some of the recommended books and events.
We hope you enjoy The Reflection and look forward to future issues.
